In this way you banish any negative feeling and belief! I tried it and was surprised!
If suddenly something makes you feel angry or anxious or jealous or ....... tried it.
If you believe that you are not worthy, that you do not have money, that you do not... Whatever negative belief you have, try it!
I will put you a picture that shows the points where you will "hit" with your fingers on your face, your palm and on your chest.
We start by thinking about what belief - negative emotion we want to banish.
As an example I'll use the phrase "I'm not good enough."
Tap each point 7 times (from 1 to 9) in a slow steady rhythm with your fingers.
We take the fingers of one hand and knock hard (not to hurt us but like knocking on the front door ) on point 1 and say "even if I don't feel or even though I feel like I'm not enough, I I love me deeply, I accept me as I am or I accept myself as it is..
Say it at least 3 times.
You keep hitting point 1 while saying this 3 times.
Even though I feel like I'm not enough, I love and accept myself
or
I love and accept myself, even though I feel like I'm not enough.
or
Even though I feel like I'm not good enough, I love and accept myself just the way i am.
Then you go to point number 2 at the top of the head and hit saying only the core of this belief "good enough". 3 times. "Good enough good enough good enough"
Then you go to point number 2 at the top of the head and hit saying only the core of this belief "good enough". 3 times. "Good enough good enough good enough"
Then you go to point 3 between your 2 eyes and 2 sides simultaneously and say 3 times the core of your phrase which in our example is "Good enough, good enough good enough".
You can hit each point as much as you want. Just don't overdo it and get bored and find this technique too demanding of your time afterwards.
Then go to point 4 on the side of your eyes and make it contemporary on both sides by saying at least 3 times the core of your original phrase. "Good enough, good enough good enough".
Then go to point 5 which is under your eyes and tap on both sides simultaneously saying your phrase 3 times. "Good enough good enough good enough"
Then go to point 6 which is right under your nose and do the same to the other points. "Good enough good enough good enough"
Then go to point 7 which is under your lips and do as we have said. "Good enough good enough good enough"
Then at point 8 and do what we said. "Good enough good enough good enough"
After point 9 is on your palm on the outside. "Good enough, good enough...."
After point 9 is on your palm on the outside. "Good enough, good enough...."
Point 9 in this variation of the technique is as I show you in the photo but the normal technique places it elsewhere.
It's a good idea to do all these steps over and over 3-4 times to make sure you got deleted what you wanted. When I tried it the 3rd time I really felt lighter and as if a weight had been lifted and when I said the whole sentence I felt that it was not necessary because I no longer believe this!
