Look for those little things.
There are small routines that you can add in your day that can get you in to the next level.
You can even set an alarm that will remind you many times in the day to “it’s on me! Instead of getting mad I will act with love.”,” Don’t forget to listen for 30 minutes something that will make me smile or laugh”, “Don’t forget to focus on the solutions than getting mad”
See your emotions and don’t let a negative one stay for too long! Go to something that will make it be smaller until it is gone!
Don’t let the excuse of I am busy and I forget to act positive keep you in the same routine of yours and set alarms to reminds you of those positive way of thinking!
Have ready a video or a YouTube channel that makes you laugh every time or motivates you.
Connect with nature in any way before going home after a hard day! Have ready your tools that will make those negative emotions become tinny or be gone for the day!
