There is a technique called ho oponopono (I am sorry, I love you, please forgive me, thank you).
I won't tell you who came up with it and everything about it.
You can look this up yourself. I will tell you how you can use it to give a positive energy and find a solution to any problem you have.
You can apply it at any time of the day and for as long as you want. If you start making excuses that you don't have time then try it when you fall asleep.
Think about the problem that concerns you (the bad relationship with your child, with the boss or neighbor. Some health problem of yours or someone you love.
and evaluate how it has affected you. Then just say "I'm sorry, I love you, please forgive me, thank you." You must say these words at least 3 times.
If you want to go deeper you can, the first time you say the words think about the problem for example: I am sorry, forgive me for what is happening inside me that is causing me to be sick, unhappy, fat, in pain, without income. The second time you can say for example if it has to do with someone you have a bad relationship with “I don't want us to hurt each other like that….. and you say the words/phrases we said. And on the third time think of something again related to the problem and what you regret and then put sorry, I love you, please forgive me, thank you.
The more time you spend on it, the faster the results will come.
Sit in a quiet place and allow your body to relax.
Connect with the higher power you believe in (a God, the universe, etc.).
Identify the problem at hand.
Reflect on it for a few moments and assess how it has affected you.
feel your anger or what you felt.
Then say:
I love you
I'm sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
