When we are psychologically exhausted, our tolerance levels are low, and others easily wear us out. We can't stand them and often feel frustration. As a result of this exhaustion and frustration, we often get angry when others express their right to want something different from what we ask them to do and, of course, they react differently from what we want.
We forget that we don't have the right to demand others to react the way we want. Essentially, others react because we don't allow them to feel the way they want, just as we react when they don't do what we want.
